CLEMSON EARTH DAY CHALLENGE 2018

Want to help educate the public?
Want to tell your story and make a difference in the community?
Have an idea that will capture public interest and promote increased Earth science literacy or civic engagement?

These were the questions we asked when soliciting projects that communicate Earth-science related issues to the public. This could include exploring geoscience research at Clemson, explaining the science behind modern environmental problems, or linking environmental justice issues to Earth processes at all scales - from global to local.

Very special thanks to Clemson Libraries and the Clemson Center for Geospatial Technologies for their help and support of this event!

VIRTUAL SHOWCASE

Fifteen students completed thirteen projects for this year's Earth Day Challenge. Check out each student's final project presentation video and navigate to their websites, documentaries, and other content (link to project content shown in orange)!
